Subscriptions are only available for both Windows and MAC OS on desk top or lap top computers. The subscriptions are not available and cannot be used on iPads/tablets or phones. The subscription price is for ONE computer or laptop only and cannot be used on multiple computers. The Learnables application will not work on Linux Operating systems (Chromebook Computers).

Log into your account and select “My Downloads”.
Download that appropriate version for your operating system.
If you are downloading for a PC, please skip to the PC selection below.

For Mac:

1. When the application is finished downloading onto your computer, you will click on downloaded language package in the lower left corner of your browser. After you select the package, you may need to click on the bouncing “Installer” icon on the bottom right of your computer.
2. You should receive a message “…Cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.”
3. Click “ok”.
4. Open the Apple icon in the top left corner of your computer screen, select “System Preferences”.
5. In the “Security and Privacy” tab, click on the lock at the bottom of the window (you want the lock to be open). Now click “Open Anyway”. Click on the bouncing “installer” icon on the bottom right of your computer.
6. A message that reads “macOS cannot cerify the developer of “…”. Are you sure you want to open it?…” Select “open”.
7. If the installer (a window titled “Install…”, it will have a list of 5 items starting with “Introduction”) automatically opens, select “continue”. You may skip the item number 8.
8. If it the Installer does not automatically open, you will need to open your “finder” (the blue and white face) and find the language that you just downloaded in your “Downloads” folder. Double click on it and follow the instructions in item 7.
9. Continue through the items in the installer. When the installer is complete, move it to the trash.
10. Open your “finder” (the blue and white face in the lower left corner of the computer), and select “Applications” on the left side.
11. You can now drag the language folder to your desktop for easy access. Open the folder and start the appropriate program. You may need to log in the first time.

For PC:

Step 1: Open Settings and click Apps.
Step 2: Select the right option to allow Windows 10 install apps that are outside the Windows Store.
Allow apps from anywhere: This means you can install any apps from any source.
When you are complete with the download:
Step 1: Open Settings and go to Apps.
Step 2: Click Apps & features and Select “Allow apps from the Store only” option under Installing apps.
