Important: Please Read Before Using the Audio Recordings

Thank you for purchasing the award winning Learnables® Foreign Language Courses. International Linguistics Corporation, publishers of The Learnables®, asks that you carefully read these important policies to accommodate, ensure and answer questions you have about our products and company return policy. Reading the company policies will avoid unnecessary problems in the future.

International Linguistics Corporation policies are as follows:
We do not replace products after 30 days. Even if you do not immediately intend to use the program in 30 days, please check all items. If there is a manufacturer defect or error we will gladly replace your product. Listen to the beginning of each audio recording to check to make sure it works. We cannot replace items that you have received after 30 days.

All materials are copyrighted. It is illegal to duplicate copies of the audio recordings and textbooks that you have purchased. If you wish to purchase extra CDs or books please call 1-800-237-1830 for prices of individual items.

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund less postage charges. Refunds will not be made for damaged items. This exchange must be made within 30 days after receiving your language course. We do not accept books that are tattered or have been written in. We do not accept CDs that have scratches, dirt, smudges, food or water damage, or have been marked with a pencil or grease pencil. International Linguistics Corporation will evaluate whether the returned items meet the standards of quality for a refund. Please call 1-800-237-1830 so we may advise you of the proper way to return materials. When returning an item, International Linguistics Corporation is not responsible for postage costs.

If you decide within 30 days that a CD or tape is defective, please return the item to us. We will evaluate the item and send a replacement if necessary. If you would like to exchange a language course for a different language course within 30 days, you will be responsible for additional postage charges. We ship priority US mail or UPS ground rate. If you prefer a different method of shipping, please call 1-800-237-1830. The initial and subsequent postage costs reflect shipping and handling. Please see the shipping chart on the website or catalog for postage charges.

When items are not purchased directly from International Linguistics Corporation, you must return the item to the company that sold you the language course. We do not accept returns from other companies or distributors.

Please note: if your CDs work in one CD player but not in another player, first clean the disc player that does not work. If the CD still doesn't work you probably have an older CD player that is not compatible with newer audio compact discs.

Once again, please inspect your new package upon arrival. Careful inspection will avoid all problems.
